ILOGICSOFT operates ilogicsoft.com and the DBAegis product. Privacy questions or requests can be sent to contact@ilogicsoft.com.

Information you provide

• Consulting and product requests: your name, work email, subject, database or cloud environment, and the business or technical objective you describe.
• Email and phone: the address, number, message, and attachments you choose to provide.

Do not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens, license secrets, database contents, or unredacted production logs through website forms.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, evaluate service or product fit, plan engagements, secure the website, and maintain relevant business records. ILOGICSOFT does not sell website visitor or customer information.

Optional measurement

Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement are loaded only after you select “Allow measurement.” When allowed, they may process page visits, device/browser details, approximate location, referral and advertising click information, and interactions such as campaign calls-to-action and confirmed form leads. Advertising personalization and Google signals remain disabled.

Cookies and local storage

• The website stores your measurement choice in browser local storage.
• Google Analytics and advertising-attribution storage are used only after measurement permission is granted.
• Session storage carries campaign parameters, the first landing page, and referring page into a request so the team can understand which outreach produced it.
• Short-lived session storage also prevents a thank-you page refresh or direct visit from being counted as another lead.

Service providers and external sites

Website hosting, email delivery, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement when accepted, and links to DBAegis or GitHub may involve service providers processing limited information for their services. External websites operate under their own privacy terms.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably needed to respond, deliver services, meet legal or contractual requirements, maintain security records, and resolve disputes. ILOGICSOFT uses encrypted transport, access controls, and operational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may decline optional measurement without losing access to the website. Use “Measurement preferences” in the footer to change your choice. To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your email address, contact contact@ilogicsoft.com.
